Complete Playbook
- Job leads — बहुत सी US companies events पर actively recruiting करती हैं
Virtual Events (Zero Cost Entry)
Google I/O — हर साल May में। Google के latest tools, AI updates, Android changes — यहाँ announce होते हैं। Virtual attendance free है। Google Developer Groups (GDG) India के through networking भी होती है।
GitHub Universe — October-November में। Open source community, GitHub features, developer tools।
AWS certifications और career opportunities के लिए great network।
In-Person Events (Investment Required)
PyCon US — Python community का biggest event।
Before the Event:
Step 1: Profile Optimize करो
Event attend
- GitHub profile clean करो — pinned repositories, README, contribution graph
Vague goal: "Networking करूँगा" Specific goal: "कम से कम 3 speakers/attendees से meaningful conversation करूँगा और follow-up करूँगा"
During the Event: Maximum Value Extract करना
Virtual Events
Generic "great talk!"
Hackathons
After the Event: यहाँ 80% लोग fail करते हैं
"Hey, I attended your talk on X and found your point about Y really insightful" — यह काम करता है।
Attend → Engage → Create → Follow Up → Repeat.
Mindset Shift
US market में Indian developers की reputation पहले से strong है।
Quick Action List:
(Google I/O, React Summit, GitHub Universe)
